Since 1978, The Hatchery has followed one simple mantra: Scratch-made breakfast & lunch all day, every day. Whether you’re looking for breakfast at noon, or a burger for breakfast, you’ll find it here!
We use local ingredients in our in-house, scratch-made recipes wherever possible. Our menu features omelettes and sandwiches with Grafton Village cheddar cheese, and our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup comes from our friends at Lazy Acres Sugarhouse in Pittsford. We make our maple ice cream with Grade A Dark syrup, from Plew Farm in neighboring Mount Holly - NO fake maple color or flavoring! We also carry the full line of Vermont Maple Sriracha hot sauce.
